If you have installed your LED strips and the light is dim, it is possible that they have been installed backwards. The front of the LEDs should be smooth, with the rigged side being installed into the track as per the photos below.

Once you have the LEDs the correct way round, you can adjust the brightness of them by selecting channel 1 on the remote control and using the up and down arrows.
