QR Code Issues:
If the QR code doesn’t work, look for a manual pairing option in the app.
Connection Problems:
Ensure the Wi-Fi or Thread network is stable, and the smartphone is connected to the same network.
Firmware Update:
Check if the pergola motor/controller needs a firmware update before completing the setup.
Pairing the remote:
Press the up button not the stop button as shown on the instructions (THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOWN ARE ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT THE LOUVERS ARE OPENING IN REVERSE, WHICH IS RARE).
Track on Pergolux Pergola
For Pergolux Pergola, there is only one track to fit EITHER heater OR LEDS cable. You can drill a hole to sit in the gutter if they have both a heater and LED’s. This is the same for Skydance but it is specified in the instructions.
