All of our screws are made from stainless steel, which does not rust.
To verify if the screws are stainless steel, you can test them by holding a magnet near them. Stainless steel is not magnetic. If the screws are magnetic, this indicates a factory issue, and you can contact our customer service team at customerservice@pergolux.au to request replacements.
Note: If you live near the sea, stainless steel may corrode due to the salty air. This type of corrosion is not covered by warranty.
