If you're having trouble discovering the PERGOLUX Controller, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Forget the Device:
First, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and forget or delete the PERGOLUX Controller from your Bluetooth device list. This ensures that any previous connection attempts are cleared.
Restart the App:
Next, close the PERGOLUX app completely. After a few seconds, reopen the app and try to pair the device again by accepting the Bluetooth pairing prompt that appears on your device.
Power Cycle the Pergola Controller:
If the issue persists, try power cycling the pergola controller. Unplug the controller for one minute, then reconnect it to power. This can often resolve any connectivity problems.
Reset Bluetooth Pairing Mode:
To reset the Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold the ‘S2’ button on the bottom of the remote for about 10 seconds, until the LEDs flash blue three times. This indicates that the controller has entered Bluetooth pairing mode and is ready to be discovered by the app.
