First, please confirm that you’ve received the correct size and configuration of LED strips, as the freestanding and wall-mounted versions are different lengths. If the sizing is correct, it’s possible that the strips may have stretched slightly.
To resolve this, we recommend installing both ends of the strip first, then gently compressing the remaining section into the track. Applying a small amount of dish soap can also help the strips slide more easily into place.
