If your control box is unresponsive and appears to be completely dead, carefully inspect the power cord connector to ensure it is properly connected and aligned. Verify that the power cord is securely connected and in good condition, with no rips, tears, loose connections, or exposed wires.
Possible causes:
- 1. The power cord connector does not match or is not properly plugged in or connected
- 2. Power cord connector quality problem
- 3. The wiring sequence of the power cord is wrong, causing the live wire or neutral wire to be mistakenly connected to the ground wire.
- 4. Controller problem: Internal components are damaged or there is a cable connector quality problem.
