If the louvres are hitting the motor bracket, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Triangular Holder: Ensure that the triangular holder above the bracket is securely in place. It should remain firm and not shift when the motor operates. (Circled in red)
2. Inspect the Bracket Bolt (PN-200001624): Confirm that the bolt is inserted straight into the triangular holder and tightened securely. (Circled in blue)
3. Check for Angled Bolt: If the bolt is angled, it may cause the bracket to protrude abnormally, leading to the louvers hitting the motor bracket.
Once these checks are completed, verify proper louver operation to ensure there is no further contact with the motor bracket.
