If you need to factory reset the S3 control box for any reason, you can do so by following these instructions.
Motor Programming Button:
Press and hold the motor programming button on the control box for about 15 seconds until the motor channel LED indicator flashes quickly 3 times.
This restores the factory settings of the motor, including deleting the motor’s RF transmitter, stroke, direction (default: stretch out to open the roof louver), and jog/continuous running status (default: continuous running). The motor will then automatically retract and extend to set the stroke.
LED Strip Programming Button:
Press and hold the LED strip programming button on the control box for about 15 seconds until the LED strip channel LED indicator flashes quickly 3 times.
This restores the factory settings of the LED strip, including deleting the LED strip’s RF transmitter, resetting the brightness level to default (level 10 of a total of 21 levels), and restoring the LED strip colour to white.
Group Control Programming Button:
Press and hold the group control programming button on the control box for about 15 seconds to restore all factory settings for the motor and LED strip. The motor will automatically run to set the stroke.
