To add more heaters to your system, you will need an additional heater controller (Y-cable). Below is a guide on how to pair the second heater with your existing remote:
1. Unplug the Heater
- Make sure the heater’s power cord is disconnected from the power source before starting the pairing process.
2. Connect the Y-Cable
- Attach the heater controller (Y-cable) to the second heater.
3. Test the Heater
- Plug the heater back in and ensure it’s powered on. Check that the heater works correctly and is switched to the “ON” position.
4. Unplug Again
- Once you've confirmed the heater is working, disconnect it from the power source once more.
5. Select a Channel
- On the main remote, select the channel that you want to pair with the second heater.
6. Activate Pairing Mode
- Press and hold the up arrow on the remote for 3 seconds until the channel number stays consistently lit.
7. Reconnect Power
- While still holding the up arrow, plug the heater back into the power source.
8. Complete Pairing
- Within 10 seconds, release the up arrow and press it once more. This will finalise the pairing process.
