My remote isn’t working?

If your remote isn't working, please follow these steps:

  1. Charge the remote: Check if a red blinking light appears in the number row of the remote. This indicates that the remote is charging.
     
  2. Check the charging cable: If the remote isn’t charging, check your charging cable on your phone. Look for a charging symbol (lightning bolt). If it doesn’t appear, try using a different charging cable or a 5-volt power supply.
     
  3. Wireless charger: If your charging cable is not faulty, check whether the remote charges with a wireless charger.
