If one of your accessories isn’t turning on with the remote, please try the following:
1. Check all cables: Ensure that all cables are properly connected.
2. Unpair and re-pair the accessory: Unpair the affected accessory and pair it again using the instructions available at this link: Remote Control Guide.
If a heater isn’t working, make sure the heater is switched to the "on" position and is receiving power.
