If your LED strips are not functioning correctly or are emitting weak light, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the Orientation
Ensure the smooth side of the LED strips is facing outward.
If the grooved side is visible instead, the LEDs must be removed and rotated to the correct orientation.
2. Check the Connections
Inspect all connections between LED strips.
Make sure the notches and slots line up correctly. Misalignment can cause weak or no light.
3. Re-pair the Remote Control
If the orientation and connections are correct, try re-pairing the remote control with the control box.

4. Further Assistance
